SENDING YOUR ORDERS

Orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours, excluding Sundays and public holidays, provided that the workshop is open.

We will notify you by e-mail as soon as your package is shipped and you will receive the tracking number for your order to keep you informed of the delivery of the package.

SHIPPING COST

Shipping costs are indicated when selecting the delivery method at checkout depending on the option chosen.

Shipping costs are free in Metropolitan France for orders over €95.

For delivery outside the European Union, customs fees may be applied and are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS

You can return the products ordered on the site within 14 days following the delivery date.

Any return request must be declared in writing in advance:

The product must be returned in its original packaging. We do not cover return costs.

Reimbursement is only made if the following conditions are met:

• The product must be returned in original condition: it must not have been worn, modified or damaged.
• The product must not have been made to measure

Reimbursements are made by credit to the Customer's bank account or Paypal account, depending on the payment method used when ordering, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned product.
