ORDERS
Orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours excluding weekends and public holidays, provided that the workshop is open.
We will notify you by e-mail as soon as your package is shipped and you will receive the tracking number for your order to keep you informed of the delivery of the package.
You can modify or cancel an order if the order has not been shipped. We invite you to send an email to customer service contact@naalma.com to make the change.
If the order has already been sent, you will need to return it to us and place a new order.
DELIVERY
We currently deliver to mainland France and the European Union.
Orders are shipped by Colissimo followed with signature or delivered to a relay point
- Our shipping costs vary between €5.50 and €11.50 in Metropolitan France. Internationally, these costs vary between €5.50 and €20 depending on the country of destination and the delivery option chosen.
- Shipping costs are free in Metropolitan France for orders over €95.
- Shipping costs are indicated when selecting the delivery method at checkout.
Delivery times vary from 2 to 5 working days for France and 5 to 10 working days for Europe.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
You can return the products ordered on the website www.naalma.com within 14 days following the delivery date.
Reimbursement is only made if the following conditions are met:
- The product must be returned in original condition: it must not have been worn, modified or damaged.
- The product must not have been made to measure
- The product must be returned in its original packaging
Any return request must be declared in writing in advance.

The product must be returned in its original packaging. We do not cover return costs.
Reimbursements for products are made by credit to the Customer's bank account or Paypal account (depending on the payment method used when ordering) within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.

We accept payments by credit card (CB, Visa, Mastercard, Amex) or Paypal
Yes, order payment is secure. The transfer and reception of the Customer's personal banking data are only directed to secure payment servers and use encryption technologies that comply with current standards. This data does not pass through Naalma under any circumstances.
OUR JEWELRY
Naalma jewelry is made with brass covered with 14-carat gold (1 or 2 microns), nickel-free and chrome-free to limit the risk of allergies. The stones and pearls used are natural.
Our products are artisanal creations made by hand with natural stones, pearls or embroidery. They may have finishing irregularities, differences in size or colors inherent to the types of materials used and this manufacturing method.
The photo on the site represents the product as faithfully as possible.

After-sales service
Our products benefit from the conformity guarantee guaranteed for two years from the date of purchase. The latter covers any defect or manufacturing defect.
This warranty does not cover breakage or damage due to improper handling of the product, lack of maintenance or aging and natural wear of the product.
We are committed to offering you a solution to restore your product so that you can enjoy it for as long as possible.
For any repair request, you must contact us explaining the nature of the problem with a photo of the product. If the product is repairable, we will send you a quote with the amount of repair costs.
