General Terms and Conditions detailed below apply to the Orders of Products placed on the website www.naalma.com, and specify the conditions of Order, Payment, Delivery, Returns , Refunds and Exchanges.
The validation of the Order by the Customer implies the full and unreserved agreement of the Customer to these Terms and Conditions.
All orders placed on the Site are subject to these Terms and Conditions. These are subject to change and updating at any time. The conditions applicable to the Order are those in force on the day of the Order.
Products offered for sale are those described on the Site on the day of consultation of the Site by the Customer, within the limits of available stocks. These indications are automatically updated in real time. However, an error in the update, whatever its origin, does not engage the responsibility of NAALMA.
Products are handmade with natural stones. Therefore they may have finishing irregularities, differences in size and/or color stone inherent to this kind of manufacture. The responsibility of NAALMA can not be engaged and the validity of the Order can not be affected.

Order placed on the Website is subject to compliance with the procedure set up by NAALMA on the Website comprising successive steps leading to the validation of the Order.
In order for the Order to be validated, the Customer have to choose the address and delivery method, and validate the payment method.
The Customer can select as many Products as he wants to add to the Cart. The Basket summarizes the Products chosen by the Customer as well as the prices and related costs. The Customer may freely modify the Basket before validating his Order. The validation of the Order is confirmation of the agreement by the Customer of Terms and Conditions, Products purchased, their price and the associated costs.
Once your Order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email from NAALMA.
For this purpose, the Customer formally accepts the use of email for the confirmation by NAALMA of the content of the Order.

Prices are exclusive of delivery charges, customs fees and other taxes.
Delivery charges are indicated when placing the Order and added to the total amount of the Order. The amount depends on the country of delivery.
For international shipment (excluding European Union), the Customer is subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs and custom duties put into place by that country. The formalities relating thereto are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
All fees are to be paid by the Customer at the time fo delivery. NAALMA does not have information on customs or duties and cannot estimate these charges. Please check with the proper local authorities before placing an order. NAALMA is not responsible for non-paid import taxes, nor will NAALMA issue any refunds or exchanges for deliveries that have been refused for non-payment of import taxes.
NAALMA reserves the right to change prices at any time and without notice due to changes in the economic, legislative and tax framework.
Products will be charged based on the rates in effect at the time of registration and payment of the Order, subject to availability.
The payment is made online when placing the Order by credit card:

Bank details are only directed to these secure payment servers, and does not pass through NAALMA in any case.
Datas recorded and stored by NAALMA is proof of the Order and all previous sales.
Datas recorded by Paypal or Stripe constitute the proof of any financial transaction between the Customer and NAALMA.
NAALMA reserves the right to refuse any order or delivery in the event of:
- an existing disagreement with the Customer
- total or partial non-payment of an Order
- payment by credit card refused
- or for any other reasons than NAALMA will explain to his Customer.
The responsibility of NAALMA can not be engaged in any case.
For France, Orders are shipped by:

For International, Orders are shipped by:
- French Post office
- or Chronopot
The Customer chooses the shipper when placing the Order.
Shipment fees applicable to the Order are those mentioned on the Site at the time of the Order, depending on the option chosen by the Customer.
The Customer have to provide accurate and correct details about his delivery adress in order to receive his Order.
Delivery times varies from 1 to 10 working days from the day following the validation of the Order by the Customer, subject to the opening of the workshop. In case of unusual delay, an email will be sent to the Customer.
From the date of shipment, the average delivery time is as follows:
- 24h to 48h in Chronopost for France
- 2 to 5 working days in Colissimo or Mondial Relay for France
- 3 to 7 working days in Colissimo for the European Union
- 5 to 10 working days in Colissimo for the International
After the Order has been processed and shipped, the Customer will receive an email providing the tracking number as well as information on how to track the package.
NAALMA is not responsible for delayed shipment being not his fact or in case of major force.
Upon Reception, the Customer have to check, in the presence of the carrier, the condition of the parcel and the Products delivered.
If the parcel is damaged, torn or opened, the Customer have to check the condition of the Products insidet. If these Products have been damaged or are missing, the Customer have to refuse the parcel and note a reserve on the delivery slip: damage, missing item, damaged package, broken article ... etc.
This verification is considered effective when the Customer, or a person authorized by him, has signed the delivery slip.
The Customer have then to confirm his reserves to the carrier by registred letter, at the latest within three days following the receipt of the Products, not including the holidays,and send a copy of this letter to NAALMA.
If the above conditions are fulfilled, NAALMA will then exchange or refund the Products concerned. (subject to the merits of the Customer's request).
VIII. Returns and Refunds
In accordance with Article L 121.18 and following of the Consumer Code, the non-professional Client has a 14 working days period from the date of receipt of his order, to return any item does not suit him.
Before the expiry of this 14-day period, the Customer have to inform NAALMA of his decision to withdraw by letter to the following address: Naalma - 15, Impasse du Chevreuil 06 400 Cannes, France, or by email to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Naalma will proceed to the refund only if all the following conditions are fulfilled:

The returned products have to be sent with a tracking number in order to follow the parcel.

Upon reception of the parcel, refunds of the Products will be made within 14 days by credit to the Customer's bank account.
All jewelery is protected by a one year warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty does not apply if the damage is the consequence of :
- misuse or abuse of a Product
- normal use and aging of the Product
- an intentional or accidental physical alteration of a Product
- an abnormal maintenance operation or a lack of maintenance and hygiene
Beyond this period, an estimated cost of repair will be agreed with the customer. The customer will be billed with the cost of repair only upon acceptance of the estimate. Customers are liable for the cost of sending items for repair.
For any repair request, the Customer must first request a return authorization by email to email@example.com
After acceptance of Naalma, the Customer have to return the Product with full details (name, address, telephone number and email address) to:

The liability of NAALMA for any product purchased on the Website is strictly limited to the purchase price of the Product.
The liability of NAALMA can not be incurred in any case for any non-performance or poor performance of all or part of the benefits provided for in the contract, which would be attributable either to the Customer, or to the unpredictable and insurmountable of a third part outside the contract, or in case of force majeure.
